Core & Cocktails hosted by Fit Girl Club La
Each week is a different core-focused Pilates class and includes one Ketel One Botanical vodka seltzer canned cocktail or Nomadica wine plus one still or sparkling water for class!
Meet us on the roof at Hollywood Roosevelt to meet new friends and try workouts that make you have fun! Take the elevator to the Penthouse; mats are provided.

Thursday, June 23rd - PILATES FUSION WITH SARIT ZORANO
Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. Fun & sweat guaranteed :)
Thursday, June 30th - PILATES WITH VALERIE HECKEL
Full body low impact Pilates class that will use the core Pilates principals plus adding in contemporary flavor to fully strengthen and stretch the whole body. Class is open to all levels, and all ages!
