Yoga Foundations: Back to Basics begins to introduce fundamental postures and alignment, while teaching you how to use the breath to transition between poses. Expect to feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident on and off the mat.
Offered every Saturday and Sunday mornings, and Wednesday evenings (with Live Guitar) at Laughing Frog Yoga.
