Acceptable forms of proof of vaccination are limited to the following: acceptable as per your local authority Los Angeles county (i) official vaccine record; (ii) photocopy or digital photograph of the official vaccine record; (iii) other state's records for ex NYS New York State Excelsior Pass; (iv) NYC COVID Safe App; and (v) a photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States. Failure to meet this requirement shall result in denied entry into the Venue; no refunds
