Mama Bird is a house team with The Pack Theater. They've been performing together since late 2017.

Pleather derives its essence from the loud and campy nature of its namesake, while delivering the quality of a much nicer fabric. A linen, maybe. Cashmere, even.
After two years away from improv, these veterans realized that the break had not sprung them of their obsession with Yes-anding the dumbest ideas they could find. Their passion for silliness makes for characters that will follow the funny to the end of the world. A whimsical frenzy of personality, their shows create a reality that feels super cool and effortless for up to an hour before they get too sweaty. (Yes, we brought it back to a pleather comparison! The sort of flawless and not-at-all-shoehorned callbacks you can expect to see second and fourth Wednesdays at the Pack Theater.)
