Event Details
This group focuses on connecting people by providing mental health support and art therapy-based strategies for wellness.
People struggling with anxiety or depression are encouraged to learn coping mechanisms through art and build new connections with peers. The group will be facilitated by Sarah Bichir, APCC, ATR-P, and Amanda Gonzalez, MSW.

This is a hybrid event offered in-person at our office in Pasadena and via zoom.
Please register on Eventbrite. In-person participants and virtual participants willing to pick up art supplies will have them provided at our location.
Virtual participants who cannot pick up their art supplies will need to provide their own.
The cost for this group can be covered by your insurance if you fill out our intake form. You will receive a promo code to waive the group fee once your intake form has been received and verified.
